Our End of tenancy cleaning task list:
Kitchen:
- Clean inside/outside of all kitchen cupboards and drawers
- Clean and wipe kitchen worktops and tiles
- Clean tops of kitchen cupboards
- Clean and de-scale sink and taps
- Clean outside microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
- Clean hob and inside/outside oven
- Damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator
- Clean all light switches, door handles and picture rails
- Sweep and mop floors
- Interior window cleaning
Bathroom:
- Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors
- Shower screen de-scaled, disinfected, cleaned and polished
- Wall tiles de-scaled, disinfected, cleaned and polished
- Bath, sink, taps, shower and fittings disinfected, de-scaled, cleaned, dried and polished
- Toilet de-scaled, disinfected and brushed clean.
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe skirting boards and door frames
Bedrooms, Living and Dining room:
- Clean and dust all furniture, lights, light fittings, light switches, door handles
- Clean mirrors, pictures and picture rails
- Clean and polish all door frames and tops of doors
- Clean all skirting boards, radiators and window ledges
- Vacuum all carpets and mop hardwood floors
- Interior window cleaning
